You will be required to give a presenation to your classmates on your time period. You will be using the Prezi presentation tool to do this.
This presentation needs to be about:
The time period in general
What are some major events?
What was living like then?
The war your book is about
Your book's author
Who are they?
Why'd they write this book?
Give a brief bio
What I have listed above are only guidelines. You need to include all these aspects, but there are many other things you can add to your presentation to enhance it and take it to the next level. Be creative in your presentation of the information and your presentation itself.
Note: Just because I say that you have to have a presentation does not mean that every single member of your group needs to help make the presentation. I suggest splitting up the roles in the group so only a few work on the presentation and everyone else does something else.

Since you are giving a presentation, you must provide handouts to go along with it. These handouts can be:
Guided Notes
A copy of the presentation
Supplemental Material to enhance your presentation
When making your handouts, don't make something that is going to take away from your presentation; you need to give something to your classmates that will enhance the information that you are giving them. Before giving your presentation, I need to approve your handouts to make sure they are what is required for this. I will also make the copies of your handouts for you (so long as there's not too many pages!)
To use Prezi, you will need to sign up for a free account. Use your Google e-mail for this. Once you have signed up, you should complete the form that is below telling me what your log-in is. Again, this is just in case you forget what you registered with.
